RAM Founders Diann and Bob Morris

Our Journey

Research & Advanced Methods Industries, Inc. (RAM, Inc.) was founded in January 1990 by R.D. (Bob) and Diann Morris, who had a combined 40 years experience in the aerospace industry.

  • Bob spent seven years at ITT Aerospace developing an injection molding process for high-temperature thermoplastics like PEEK to replace aluminum and cast parts.
  • As an early innovator, Bob recognized a need within the Aerospace industry and set out to pursue solutions – a vision from which RAM, Inc. was born
  • After starting the company in their garage in California, Bob and Diann relocated to Cisco, Texas
  • Diann’s procurement and cost management background and Bob’s R&D and manufacturing expertise made a dynamic founding team and formed the foundation for RAM, Inc.’s strength today.

Diann continues the legacy that began over 30 years ago by serving as Chairman of the Board.
