When problems arise we assign a team to investigate, evaluate, and provide corrective action coordination.
Our engineering staff works closely with our customers’ engineering teams. Our management has placed a primary emphasis on providing excellent engineering support to develop processes that will provide consistent component quality and reliability. Many of RAM’s customers rely on the support of RAM’s engineering staff to assist in the development of their products.
